Let’s Play 4.0: Majlis Apresiasi Akademik Kolej

The ‘Let’s Play 4.0: Majlis Apresiasi Akademik Kolej’ is a program organized by the Academic and Personality Secretariat of the College Representative Council (AKASIA), Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College (KTAG) in collaboration with the Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College Management, University Putra Malaysia that aims to give acknowledgement and appreciation to students that was able to achieve excellent results, with a grade point average exceeding 3.75 for 2022/2023 session. This acknowledgment is targeted to motivate the students of Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College to strive and excel even further than the award recipients.

This ‘Let’s Play 4.0: Majlis Apresiasi Akademik Kolej’ is held to motivate students and serve as an amazing platform to acknowledge the academic achievements of the outstanding students from Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College, where they have achieved dean’s list grade point average. A total  of 106 award recipients, consisting 99 students from undergraduate from 12 different faculties and 7 students from the Foundation of Agricultural Sciences. This total number of the award recipients proved that student’s Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College focus on academic achievement and have high competitive spirit.

In addition, the ‘Let’s Play 4.0: Majlis Apresiasi Akademik Kolej’ also wants to inspire and act as an example for students who did not receive award, as well as those who did, to maintain their performance and strive for a better results in the upcoming semester.Not only that, through this program, we can create academically excellent students and enhance the college’s name throughout their time at Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College, University Putra Malaysia

"Although this is the first academic appreciation ceremony that was held to celebrate Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College students’ that was able to achieve dean’s list, I hope that this ceremony will motivate them as well as increasing the number of award recipients.” said the program director of the ‘Let’s Play 4.0: Majlis Apresiasi Akademik Kolej’, Siti Nuraqilah Azmi.

According to the College Principal of Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College, Prof. Assoc. Ir. Dr. Ahmad Shukri Muhammad Noor, academic programs like this can give acknowledgements to students who worked hard to achieve good grades in their academics. Not only that, this program also will motivate and inspire other students to achieve first class and produce a first-class-minded society that is able to be the core and symbol of the nation's excellence.
