SERDANG, 27 NOVEMBER 2023 - Nurturing Future AGEnT 2023 The Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College Entrepreneurship Secretariat intends to organize a long-term program in the form of entrepreneurship training for college students where the planned activities will take place in Dewan Putra 1, throughout semester 1 and 2 sessions 2023/2024. This program is organized to foster entrepreneurial skills at an early stage as well as develop students' careers in the field of entrepreneurship. This is in line with the principal's desire to produce entrepreneurs among students. This is in line with UPM's HEPA strategic plan which is core E, entrepreneurship

Nurturing Future AGEnT 2023 is held to produce students who are able to apply entrepreneurial knowledge and are good at seizing opportunities to generate their own income. In addition, opening minds and honing entrepreneurial talent in students to start small businesses. Finally, form students who have superior skills and have strong self-confidence.

This program is also a platform for students to recognize their potential and strengths and improve their skills through entrepreneurship training so that they are better prepared to start their own small business.

In addition, Nurturing Future Agent 2023 also wants to give exposure to members of the executive committee consisting of Tan Sri Aishah Ghani College students in realizing the 3rd core of the HEPA Strategic Plan 2021-2025 which is volunteering. With this program, they are trained to start a small business by managing the activities and welfare of the program participants while they are here.
