The implementation of the Client Charter is aimed at improving the current public administration especially with regard to the level of service, enhancing productivity and quality of members of the public service.

The Client Charter also prioritizes customer satisfaction whether it is internal or external customer. With this Client Charter, customers can clearly understand the functions of a government department / agency and make it easy for them to deal with their needs.
